    Hello,

Our ASC will be implementing Press Ganey to meet the OAS CAHPS survey requirements mandated for 2025.  We have a 3 page list of mandatory fields/patient information that must be uploaded to the Press Ganey portal in order to send the survey. Did anyone successfully build the report using eBO custom reports or did you have eCW help with this process and pay for one?

We have not had this request as we do not own an ASC, but I am sure it is coming down the pipeline.  If you share the 3 page list of mandatory fields I can see what I can pull together from Query Studio.  I am not as well versed with Report Studio, so if there is a user out there who is a pro on Report Studio I am eager to learn.

    HI Josh,

I was able to build with Query studio, I agree with you one Report Studio. It is another monster.

Anyways, the only hiccup I have, if you see page 4 regarding the Procedure Codes. I don't know how to bring in the item number to show primary, secondary, and so on.   If you know a tag for that, it would be helpful!

    Thank you!

    Holly

    Holly,
Inside Query Studio I have not been able to find a data field for CPT order in EBO.  I doubt even report studio will help as it appears the data field is not mapped for reporting purposes.

To my knowledge there is really not even a distinction on a 1500 form or electronic batch that would indicate a primary CPT code.  It has been my experience that payers have rules on what they deem primary, but it doesn't matter what order you put the CPT on the claim (this is how they determine which CPT codes they will apply the MPPR to).  This is an interesting request from Press Gainey, maybe reach out to them and inquire the purpose (Seems like data they could get from a Payer, but unlikely to get from a providers EMR).  Please let me know what you find out and Good Luck!
