Hello all,
Currently, my providers accept credit cards as a form of payment. Every month when looking at statements, it shows the cost to accept credit cards, per provider can be almost $1000 per month per provider in fees.
What are you all doing to recoup these fees or not doing anything at all? Does anyone pass the "convenience fee" of say, 4% of the credit card payment to the patient? Is this legal? Your feedback is appreciated. Thank you.
