eCW User Group

I am attempting to create a system where we can have some oversight / visibility into whether a patient follows up with us after we send them out with a MRI referral.  So far I haven't had any luck finding a tool in eCW.

This has been a top priority on our malpractice recommendations for some time.  Curious if anyone has found a suitable solution.

Hi Cody,
I checked with our team and was told that we manage this through the "L" Jelly Bean. The test gets ordered and the medical assistant team is responsible for managing the list for the physician. They will follow up with the patient if test was completed. We do also have a couple of interfaces with local hospitals so the test results will tie back to the order which helps in the process. They will complete the order (not sure if that is the exact workflow) when the patient has been given the results.
