  • 1.  Lot/NDC information gathering

    What is your group's procedure for collecting and recording NDC and lot numbers for injections? Presently, my office documents these details directly on the progress note. However, we have recently been advised that this method does not allow for cross-referencing with a database to determine if a specific lot number has been recalled.

    HI Benjamin,

    We do as you explain.  I was told that if you go to the Registry (left side band) you can search by Lot Number and date range.  It should work.
