  • 1.  Healthcare Compliance Pros: Feedback Requested

    We are currently vetting different companies that assist with corporate compliance, training, credentialing, etc.  So far, Healthcare Compliance Pros are the standout (and I understand, one of AAOE's preferred vendors).  I'd love to hear the good and the bad.  What do you love about HCP?  What is your biggest challenge?  

    If anyone uses their "Compliance Risk Analyzer" - can you explain to me how this has helped you be successful with audits and how you've used the information given in a meaningful way? If anyone would be willing to speak with me and a few of our billing experts on the Compliance Risk Analyzer, we'd love to learn more about your experience.

    Hello Amber,
    We have used HCP for about 10 years and have been very happy with them. We use their enhanced product to included some state specific trainings and the monthly employee checks. We haven’t not utilized their risk analyzer.

    Hello

    We have been using hcp for over 10 years and we absolutely love them.  We use them for orientation and annual training, SRA for MIPs and to document any HIPAA breaches and corrective action.  The hcp team is also excellent at guiding us on any additional corrective action we need to take SRA.

    I would agree with Sarah-We have been using HCP for our compliance trainings, onboarding, SRA, Hipaa breaches, Compliance Meetings etc.  They have been very helpful and always willing to assist.

    Hello Amber , we have been using HCP for over 10 years and have been very happy with them. There new platform we will be starting to implement here soon and cant wait it has a ton more options on Risk Assessments, policy and procedure data bank, Audits , and Reports. It will also be able to link up into the HRIS system as well. For Credentialing platform we use MDStaff and love them for Credentialing very streamline process.
