As forced to, we moved to Healow Payments at the end of April. When we were setup, they didn't turn-on the "statement code" to print on the patient's bill. Once that was done, we now find this code is not being uploaded to Healow Pay so when patients login, input their unique code, nothing is found. My case has been open for a week now without resolution. Anyone else experiencing this?
