    Hello Fellow eCW Users,
      Currently we use Trizetto for our claims gateway and patient statements. I have been contacted by Professional Office Services who state they work with other eCW clients. Anyone using POS? And, whom do you use for your claims gateway?

    Hi Jeff,
    We also use Trizetto. When we went live with eCW in 2020, I do not recall which vendors eCW worked with but remember thinking there was not a lot of choice. I am guessing that POS works with other eCW clients but the process may require some manual work.
    We are currently working on ways to discourage patients from wanting/needing paper statements.

    Thanks Tricia. We're working towards the same as paper statements have become quite expensive.

    Jeff,
    We used POS in the past before going live with ECW in 2021.  We use Bill Flash, which it's a partner of ECW.  Granted, we are moving ECW's Healow to send patient statements via text and email.
