Patient hub>account inquiry> (set your DOS range as well as any other filters you want, check Show CPT payments, totals, financial adjustments)>select the arrow beside copy>select copy to excel.
From excel you can drop it on your letterhead or create an invoice sheet. If you just select copy it will pull the data into notepad. I hope that helps (it is a work around not a solution).

All,
We recently upgraded to v12, went pretty smooth so now trying to determine keys and features that we can take advantage of to improve our experience.
One pain point we had with previous version, and still seems to be an issue in v12, is generating a detailed patient statement. Specifically this is an issue for medical record copy when we need to generate a detailed ledger, including encounters that have a zero balance. And/or to get a ledger of just charges on the account.
Has anyone solved this issue? If so, how are you generating this?
